Fees

All therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $260 per session. You may be eligible for rebates with a valid GP referral or through your private health fund.

Payment can be made via credit card or direct deposit prior to your appointment. Credit card payments attract a 1.99% transaction fee.

Valid GP Referral

A GP referral is valid when an individual is referred through a Mental Health Treatment Plan. The referral letter must have the date of the referral, the GP’s name and provider number and also state the number of sessions the GP is referring you for.

Cancellation Policy

​When appointments are booked, I reserve the whole hour especially for you. Therefore the following cancellation policy is in place to allow me to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on a waiting list for that appointment.

I require more than 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any extra fees.

​​For cancellations that are between 48-24 hours notice, half the session fee plus GST will be charged.

For an appointment that is canceled on the day of the appointment or that has been missed with no notice (non-attendance), the FULL SESSION FEE plus GST will be charged.

Please be aware that Medicare does not cover canceled/missed appointments.

I understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact me as soon as possible to explain the situation. You may call, text, or email me at any time, even after hours, as there is an answering service that allows you to leave a message.
